Baby Naming, Birthday Party and Grandparents, Oh My

So this was one crazy weekend. Thursday all the grandparents came to stay. They came for a weekend of fun and festivities. Saturday night was Riley's baby naming. We had almost 80 people at the house, and I want to thank each any every one of them for joining us for this special day. Sunday was Marin's birthday party at the JCC. She and her friends decorated sticker books, painted umbrellas that really work in the rain, played with a pinata and had Lightning McQueen Baskin Robbins Ice cream Cake. I think we all need to take a very long nap. But before we do, I wanted to at least get something up here for thsoe that could not join us. I have posted on youtube for the first time a video. Yesterday mommy took Marin to get a haircut and it is cute. She had almost 3 inches cut off the back. later in the day, Riley used the walker for the first time. She is on her way.

Camera Down, Camera Down

So here is the deal, two weeks ago Hunter dropped the camera when he was at Marin's class. This weekend, we bought a new camera. Very happy so far. Good zoom, and fits in your pocket, so this may actually lead to more pics being taken. I am posting the few from last night and this morning. There are more to post from the last two weeks, as we borrowed a camera, but they will go up in the next few days.

Purim at Temple Beth Ami

Tonight we went to Temple Beth Ami for a Disco Fever Purim. Marin went as Sleeping Beauty and Riley went as a Unicorn. We watched a great Purim Schpiel that was done to a disco beat and then danced the night away to MC Angel, who we had met this summer at Capital Camps.

Here, Hunter thought he was still at his Bar Mitzvah and wanted to take all his pictures with some cooool Risky Business glasses on.
