Marin Lost a Tooth!!

MARIN LOST HER FIRST TOOTH TODAY!!!!

This morning, her very wiggly tooth was almost out, so she pulled it herself. No crying or anything, but then we had an issue, she dropped it and really thought she lost it, which would mean no tooth fairy stopping by. No worries, it was found and Frankie the tooth fairy stopped by this evening.

With the temp reaching into the mid 90s, it was time to build a pool, so off to Target we went. 20 minutes later, we had a pool with freezing cold water.

Riley was the Shabbat girl in class and mommy and daddy joined for shabbat.
We lit candles, drank grape juice and ate lots of Great Harvest Challah (it is the best around)

Pesach 2nd Seder 2009

This evening we hosted the 2nd night Seder for Pesach 2009. Last night we hosted an intimate evening with family. Tonight it is was time for Fara's newest version:
Seder 2009: Reality TV Edition

We want to thank everyone that participated for having a great attitude.

As the seder gets underway,
the guests are split into teams to participate in Project Runway
and create the best slave attire they can create in 10 minutes.

After the runway show and a few pages further into the seder, it was time for Top Chef: Seder where the teams each made their own matzoh. No, you don't want to know how bad they all tasted.

After the Top Chef: Seder it was time for the Festive Meal. The menu this year was:
Lollipop Chicken, Bloddy Mary London Broil, Mango and Walnut String beans, Tzimmes Souflee and tri-colored potatoes

Marin's Kindergarten Seder

Marin's Kindergarten class had their model Seder today.
In the play they did, Marin was Moses, and she did a great job.
